Eni Yzeiri is a highly experienced financial professional with a robust background in accounting and financial management. Since September 2017, he has served as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at Downtown One, where he has played a pivotal role in developing and maintaining accurate financial statements in line with generally accepted accounting principles. Eni ensures the organization meets all statutory requirements, including withholding payments, income tax, goods and services tax, and employer health tax.

In his role, he has developed and maintained comprehensive financial accounting systems for cash management, accounts payable, accounts receivable, credit control, and petty cash. Eni is also responsible for monthly and annual reporting, overseeing bookkeeping functions, and managing the acquisition and proper documentation of capital assets, ensuring they are recorded, amortized, and disposed of appropriately.
Prior to joining Downtown One, Eni worked as a Manager at Hari Lena Group from March 2013 to August 2017. In this role, he was instrumental in developing and maintaining timely and accurate financial reports, contributing to the company’s financial stability and growth.
Eni’s expertise lies in overseeing all financial operations of organizations, ensuring financial integrity, compliance, and efficiency across a wide range of business functions.
