Arbi Gaba is an Environmental Engineer and a licensed tourist guide, with experience. Currently, he is part of the “Pegasos Travel” team as a National Guide and hiking/trekking specialist, where he leads tourists in mountainous areas rich in cultural and natural heritage.

He has extensive experience in the field of property valuation and is an expert in environmental issues. Arbi has headed the Property Valuation department at Raiffeisen Bank from 2010 to  2024 and an environmental expert for properties that have a high impact on the environment during the granting of loans. During this period, he has contributed to the design of environmental protection strategies and has led the implementation of projects/loans that have a minimal impact on the environment. The focus has been on adapting national legislation and company policies in line with sustainable goals.
His experience has a strong focus on sustainable development and environmental conservation, with a continued commitment to providing educational and safe tourism experiences, as well as promoting nature protection initiatives.
