Ms. Alma Yzeiri (Ferhati) is a well-known and respected professional in the field of tourism, with over 22 years of experience. She graduated from the Faculty of Economics at the University of Tirana and has successfully founded, managed and developed the Tour Operator “Pegasos Travel” since 2003, contributing significantly to the development of tourism in Albania.

A renowned entrepreneur and consultant in tourism, Ms. Yzeiri is also the author of books and didactic materials, as well as a drafter of curricula for professional education in the field of tourism, including curricula on “Travel Services,” “Tourist Guide” and “Tourist Agency Entrepreneurship” etc. She is the creator and director of programs accredited by the Ministry of Tourism and Environment for the training of “National Tourist Guides.”

Furthermore, Alma Yzeiri is a Technical Director of the “Pegasos Travel” Training Center and a contributor to educational programs in tourism and an active participant in the ILO International Training Center (ITCILO), supporting the development and improvement of tourism standards at the national and international levels.
