The meat, after being washed, wiped, cut into portions, is placed in a casserole and oil and salt are added. It is baked in the oven at a temperature of 180 C, sprinkling the pieces of meat with its juice. (The meat must be boiled for 30 min beforehand).
Before finishing baking (15 min), rice and a little meat juice, 1/2 cup of hot water are poured over the casserole. Remove from the oven and leave to cool slightly. Meanwhile, in a porcelain bowl, pour yogurt and salt, mix well, add the eggs one by one and the flour without stopping mixing.
At the end, the remaining butter is added. This mixture is placed in the casserole, mixed well to mix with the pieces of meat and rice, and put back in the oven for about 15 minutes.
